How can a US citizen buy Canadian shares that are not ADR's ?
I know you own many Canadian stocks and thought you could help
me.

Someone else can give you a technical explanation but all I know is that some companies are registered on the NYSE and TSE without being ADRs. Perhaps this happens with Canadian companies and not those of any other country. I honestly don't know.

If your statement is correct you are a genius.

I suppose it's a matter of comparison. When an entire group is whipping itself into a frenzy, a lone voice daring to whisper a second opinion will either been seen as crazy or marked by genius. :))
