I have been a shareholder of this battered little company for over a year. I have spoken to the first IR guy they had (complete loser - Hinson fired him), also talked with Mr. Hinson and the current IR gentleman Mr. Best. At this point my faith in anything that comes out of the company is pretty poor. Mr. Hinson had a great marketing line and it was looking acceptable prior to the GEM deal. As for your feelings that his intent was to make the company look like it was for sale, that is not exactly what I thought his intent was. I asked him very directly about the acquisition possibilities, his response was that they were looking to make themselves look valuable, but a takeover was only going to be entertained if it was a very good deal. Now he could have been lying, who knows now. I have a large position in this company for me (several thousand and not at the current level). I could only hope it has bottomed out, but every time I average down it drops another 25%. I talked with Mr. Best today, not sure what to believe, he was predicting it would be 10 by the end of the year in early November, I was hoping it would make it to 5. It is a little scary how much information they are willing to share, but none of it is ever substantiated. Last year they were planning on getting on the NASDAQ after the full financial disclosure around January. It is now looking like late February at the soonest and most likely mid year. Its going to take significant positive releases of information from the company to get it back up to five. They seem to have a plan, and I hope that the Mr. Eikov can make some progress this week. If I had more faith I would pick up more now, but it's hard to buy more when you have been burned several times. Every time I bought it was based on some info out of the company, they are planning releases this week, so they say, I can't imagine it going lower. As for high tech software, I own several innovative small cap tech stocks, can't imagine they have something so special that it can get them out of this hole, but I sure hope so. Hope good news is forthcoming from the company, if all is as they say, it's a gem. The percentage return could be great. But also take a look at the news out from WCOM on its acquisition of an Australian internet company last week, that did not look to good for Dynamic Bell, would love to know if it's a threat, but I don't know much about the real deal down under. Lets hope it's a good week, or next. I owned TXCC when it was beaten down to 4, it over 40 now, its all perspective. Good Luck! MJS
