It implicates the administration since the Commerce Dept grants the approval for the transactions.

Since the WH is not contesting the facts of the impeachment case and doesn't want witnesses to appear for cross examination, just consider him guilty and boot the Idiot.

So? Guilty is guilty. When I was on jury duty I never heard them ask a defendant what party he belonged to. Of course giving the Chicoms the ability to nuke LA and SF is no big deal and may turn out to be a blessing to the rest of the nation.
