Mark,
Recognizing ASND's strengths and market penetration, I would be concerned with the product overlap between existing LU products and ASND's. There is overlap with the MX1000, ACxxx (Yurie) and Livingston products. Does anyone here see this affecting the accretive value of the acquisition? And coupled with the expected difficulties inherent with large acquisitions, it would seem that LU could take a hit in the short term.
