Question :<"In 1997, CCI serviced over 1.5 million customers, sold more than one million compact discs, generated $11 million in revenue and reported $800,000, or seven percent, in net profit (unaudited). CCI is one of the ten largest direct music marketers in the United States. "> What ever happened to all these customers? What steps has TSIG taken to inform the old customers about the new internet site and is TSIG honoring their Musiccard?
By the way has everyone forgotten about TSIG's teleservices division which is supposed to be the heart of their company? I think we need to broaden our discussions on this thread to other aspects of TSIG. It is my understanding that there is still a big Teleservices contract on the table that could be completed shortly.

Thanks, REW. I hope RG will not postpone another meeting with you, although I can appreciate that he is busy. This thread and its shareholders have been a tremendous support to the company, so I am sure he will find some time for you (and them) soon.

This statement concerns me a bit:

>>The CCI of Ca close will happen when it happens<<

This deal seems to keep getting delayed and we have been told it will close this month for quite some time now. Hearing that it will happen when it happens is not terribly comforting. Now you say he "hopes to finish this quarter." IMO, this is not encouraging. A distributorship is already in place and slowly deteriorating. Bad business. If they can set up their own distributorship, they why not go ahead and do so right away?

I am glad to hear that the PP is longer than 4 months, especially since it seems that once again things are taking longer than expected.

Still very optimistic but would like to see the CCI deal finalized asap.
