I recall reading that the new CEO was going to be appointed first, too, Dave. I could very well be wrong, but I should expect NAVR to make the CEO and IPO announcements on separate days. Announcing both at the same time would detract somewhat from the CEO announcement.

NAVR -price evaluation thoughts.
Although we can look at the valuation of broadcast .com andkind of get a value of NAVR based on that, we must also realise that this ipo will not happen for at least another 2 months.
Alot can happen then including a large correction in the internet stock sector.
thats why NAVR should have been quicker to do the ipo. There is a time-risk involved.
