I really don't know. I have valued his postings and would like to see him back.

As for the stock action, last time we ran up like this it in hindsight was premature (because the cable MSO's delayed the roll out by 5 months). This time the run up is in sync with both events in the industry and fundamentals with the company. SFA and CCUR are the beneficiarys of this deployment, but it isn't their show. SFA says nothing until a cable makes an announcement. CCUR says nothing until cable makes an annoncement and then SFA makes an announcement and then MSO gives both companies the OK to talk about IVOD deployment.

In my opinion, every market that has been announced by the cables has had friendly homes using VOD for weeks or months. Once these Explorer boxes hit the homes in coming weeks, it is likely that more than freindly homes will be offered the service on a trial basis (flat fee or free to demo the service). Scaling beyond 1000 homes can't happen in a friendly home enviornment, thus the scaling will happen in a commercial setting, but the consumer may not pay or may pay a flat fee and be allowed to beta test the system (watch as many movies as they want). I think CCUR will get the publicity and coverage it needs at excatly the right time in terms of deals and positioning. As you can see, all the SEAC publicity over the past year hasn't done much for their stock, or analyst coverage. CCUR will likely see deals and publicity happen at the same time. This would be explosive for the stock.
