I think McCain is drafting something in the Senate.
Congress will do something this spring. Cable has very few friends on
Capital Hill.

I have heard as early as late January to as late as the beginning of March is when Congress will be reviewing it. If a favorable ruling comes out of it, it won't be long until you see DISH picking them up.

But favorable news alone will rocket this thing......
