Hi Cindy,
That conversation was a while ago, but that's what I believe I was told. But I believe that was for them to do all of the audited financials for 1997 and 1998.

Ah, your post is more like it. I questioned Ernie also with a post. I am not sure what it costs for these audited reports to the SEC however it is all tax deductable. I shouldn't think this should be a big problem to a company as they spend perhaps much more on PR.
