Mr. Fun, Thanks for the info. Yes, I was aware that the sales for the existing products were not stellar, but I didn't realize that they were this far off. I have a hard time believing that LU doesn't intend to integrate the product lines beyond just putting the LU sales force behind the products. With that in mind, I would still expect the integration of the products and workforce to cause a distraction. Nothing from which I don't believe LU won't recover. JXM
