Mr. Robert Paul reports
Robert J. Paul has resigned as president. Derek Huston has been appointed in his
place and has consented to act as a director of the company. Mr. Paul will remain
on the board.
Mr. Huston has resigned as secretary and Daniel Torok has been appointed in his
place.
Mr. Paul also reports
The initial 3,000 foot phase one drill program on Cypress and BMA Mining
Corporation's Hislop Township gold property in the Timmins mining camp,
returned highly anomalous gold values. A follow-up drill program is planned early
this year on the northwestern portion of the property, along the favourable
geological trend that hosts the nearby Glimmer gold mine.
BMA recently expanded its property portfolio with the acquisition of a 25 per
cent working interest in 4,000 acres of oil and gas leases in California's prolific
San Joaquin basin. The BMA leases are within 2.5 miles of the East Lost Hills
Bellevue No. 1 well which blew out late last year and has the potential to be a
major oil and gas discovery.
