Yes, and that was the court that approved segregation on the trains, and Chinese exclusion, overthrew civil rights act, and committed many other evil Christian acts. But the Supreme Court had never been a bastion of liberty, but rather a guardian of bigotry and overthrower of the ideas of men like Madison and Jefferson.
