John .. pls 'scuse me piggy backing for a different subject.

I've been wondering recently if there may be some advantage to classifying scans into a few general categories, even recognizing that one scan may occasionally service a couple of categories.

Scan categories could include scans for: Daytraders, Position Traders, Long Term Cap Gain Investors, Income Investors, Mutual Fund Investors, Sector Traders, etc. Although I've mentioned about a half dozen here, there shouldn't be too many more.

I've been thinking this could go in a couple of different directions. First, scans could be titled with a preceding "high level" identifier to categorize them. And/or second, perhaps it would be worthwhile if there were multiple SI Quotes Plus Threads dealing with the scan interest categories.

Any thoughts ... re-actions?? Thanks ... Fred
