I can see where someone might think this was a negative
post, so I will clear things up.

Spoke to him again a few minutes ago.

a) He says 10.3m shares outstanding with something like
3.3 in the float. The rest are restricted under section
144K?

The question mark is because I am not familiar with
section 144k. Not that I should be. I am not a lawyer.

b) Largest stockholder is a Eddie Williams.

This was a question someone else wanted to know about

c) Another company that he is IR for is LCSG (some sort of
golf company)

This is another company that he does IR for, but which I
know nothing about other than by its name which includes
the word golf.

d) Apparently, part of the new announcement will involve
additional financing, and he was obscure about this, but
the announcement will involve something that we see every
time we get on an airline? No clue what that means.

I understood that he could not provide me with details of
this announcement until it was announced. He did hint,
though. The first time I talked to him, he stated that
the new affiliation would be with an organization that
would be surprising. (as in it was hard for him to believe
how good this was going to be). The second time I talked
to him, he hinted that it had something to do with airlines.

e) Oh, and for all the good this will do you, Larry was a
professional hockey player for the Detroit Wings.

I thought it was cool that he's an ex professional hockey
player, and was impressed, but it doesn't have much to do
with the price of the stock. I just throw this in as
trivia.

f) He is also stating that with the new announcements, gnen
would be capable of moving on to the NASDAQ given increase
in the price of the stock.

I don't know how this would bother anyone.

Finally, I advised him he might want to visit this board,
and he did say that he would try.

I thought it would be nice if he could get on the thread and
join us here. I told him so, and he said he would try. I can
see that as being positive to the stock value.

He did admit that he would have to find out the date of the
stockholders meeting and the name of the auditors. He also
stated that he is affiliated with Smith Barney.

The few things he could not advise me on, I understood that
he might not have this information sitting before him, as he
was at home. I didn't really expect for him to know either
the auditors, or the date of the stockholders meeting off the
top of his head, but again, these were questions others have
asked, so I asked them.

Sorry if I gave anyone the idea I did not like Larry. I DON'T
KNOW LARRY! From my one talk with him, he did seem likable.
