The motion for dismissal will be introduced after opening statements and questions and just before a vote on having witnesses. That is expected to be the straw vote on whether it is worth continuing with the proceeding. he flatly denies something we can be assured he did it You're really getting boring with the endless repetition of generalities. Such a broad statement cannot be defended and stands as more useless rhetoric. While repetition on a theme works for the habitually uninformed it isn't going persuade. TP
