Lynn,

I looked at some of the news releases, in fact, I posted a link earlier to the news releases. Some of it is the same old story of investors who don't think the stock should go down. I can not say for sure, but I would guess that the CPQ legal team THOUROUGHLY investigated the merits of each suit prior to announcing the purchase!

Lynn: Yeah, that's right - throw water in my wine. That's OK - someone has to stay straight. Went to check out what they have to say about lawsuits at the Company Sleuth site - but I can't get in. They're apparently having server problems due to high traffic. I'll try again later.

I hope you're at least having whipped cream on the cappucino!

some of the lawsuits are why I don't get why they did this deal.....this company has a horrible reputation for service, credit card problems and product being billed for and not delivered. WSJ wrote a nasty feature article on them last week. the companies best response was that some folks had just slipped through the cracks.
Like I said, I hope they know what their doing on this one, cause I am without a clue.
