Everyone,

Does anyone have the WSP "poison pill" information? If you do, and you have a scanner, could you post it here? Teevee has expressed the idea that DeBeers or someone else could make a hostile takeover bid for WSP, and I'd like to see what the poison pill provision would do to such an attempt.

I'd ask WSP to send me a copy, but the beloved Snowfie doesn't respond to my emails.

BTW, I thought I'd mention that there is at least one SH or WSP who has a long memory and remembers how 1. RT and co. fucked SHs with his option repricing (the old options at around $3.20 or $3.60[forgot the exact price] could have been exercised for a while which would have given the company 2 or 3x the cash they will get now) 2. the fact that RT, I believe, has over a half dozen companies he has incorporated. one of which pays him about $3500/mo for pr services, whatever that is. It sure hasn't worked with Kaiser or Bishop. I think once when I called WSP they answered the phone "Turner something or other." 3. The secretiveness of RT is now obviously costing SH money with Kaiser's trashing of WSP and the "info. vacuum."

So, I'm a WSP bull who would like to get out as soon as possible and put my money into companies whose mgt. I can trust.
