Mike , No I don't think this guy Frank (Francis)Balfour is associated in any way with MDIN/NPEC I have "NEVER" said that L.P.P. was "STUPID" Frank Balfour is my "Former" Son in Law , Daughter divorced the man 16 long years ago Very Bad Dude , he cost me and my daughter a ton of $$$$$ , no complaints though , when you trust a snake prepare to get bit hard.
