COMPOUNDING IS THE KEY TO WEALTH!!!!

Buying and Selling out of stocks cuts into the COMPOUNDING of wealth. I started with 400 shares and have built my holdings to over 5,000 buying on all dips and selloffs. I currently stand at over 300% return. Remember that selloffs do occur however new money always comes in to buy your sold shares cheap. This sets support and readies the stock for future rallies.

If people are trying to make a quick money good luck. However, if they build a solid portfolio and add to it during sell offs, the compounding effect will make millionaires out of common people. With the internet growth and e-commerce more than doubling annually, holding on to leaders of the industry will double your investments annually. Don't sell cheap.....think of Yahoo's and AOL's valuation. If GO.COM and Disney flex their muscle we got a long way to go when it comes to Share Price Appreciation. Long Term holders will be wealthy while traders will make a living.

Question is who wants to make a living when their is an opportunity for wealth....!!!!

In this market, disciplined investors will definitely miss the run-up. I was trying to use what I learned over the years, and that actually hurts me. The trading techniques one used with INTC or other blue chip companies can not be used here. I think many people have been in the same boat. I also think SEEK may reach 100 tomorrow. It looks expensive, but still cheap compared with YHOO. I believe YHOO will also run to probably 500 tomorrow.
