Daniel, I have watched GNET since 6 (have a friend there) and they have made strong decisions since day 1. They developed the individual sites (stock site, play site, metacrawler), made some great buys (SI, Web21), and then molded it into one central portal (go2net.com) to compete with the likes of Yahoo. But central to their success is still the search engine (metacrawler) which has gotten rave reviews. Thus, if wordcruncher could be surrounded by other strong features in a portal, we should have a winner. We also have the recent earnings success of current portal/engines (GNET posted a .2 profit last Q and Yahoo is gonna beat the street tomorrow IMO). GNET didn't have these competitor success stories to sell themselves as a real winner.....but we do. Who knows, maybe we'll be the next Yahoo search Engine.
