Poet,
When the market is moving up it is easy to hold and make money. I do think though that the thrill of trading can lead you to turn over stock more than necessary. I was watching all the posts today and I could not figure out why everyone was trading NAVR. It was moving up and everyone was pretty confident that it was going to keep on the same track for a while. Several people made some money by trading but the risk you run with a stock like this is that you won't have a reasonable chance to get back in.

On the other hand if it tanks in the morning I lose everything. In general I subsribe to Jeff's philosophy of being a position player with a day trader's discipline--if it tanks get out fast.

Had a good day. Made money on NAVR, DSCC, SATH, CEPH, DSP, and EMC.

Regards.

Len

Poet: NAVR - Did you ignore my posts about NAVR being the best value play some two weeks ago when it was in the 9s. The reason I ask is because although I believed it to be true....I did not buy any either. Had to wait for 13 1/2.

ROFL. I was also kindof against Inet stocks again as I know someday the bubble will burst. Don't want to be on that bubble, very scary.

How did you do today?
