There are approximately 750,000,000 shares authorized. Since there are 501,847,000 outstanding shares, it will be hard to squeeze a 3 for 2 split out of the the outstanding shares.

Dear Bob: Thats no problem. They can announce a split CONTINGENT upon shareholder approval of increasing authorized shares. I have had other companies do that. JDN
