The entire problem with that article is that it forgets that DBCC has its own inherent value. It assumes that the entire value of DBCC is the 50% it owns of Market Watch. The fact is that DBCC is a company that has a value in the market place with or without Market Watch.

Wonderful news. Have to look ahead what other fish is in the water. I just miss ELON. This is a heck of a company, even Chambers, CEO of CSCO says so. 12% owned by Motorola, and has big guns in the company. Just watch iot on a pull back.
