Donald, the long bond is going to retest the 11/6 low probably within the next day or 3.

The critical point is when we sell-off in the equity market will enough money come back into bond to push it back above trend or will we touch trend and sell-off. I think latter, US treasuries are now not the only game in town.

The parabola in bonds from spring 98 to fall 98 was a bubble from foreign investment.

BUBBLE.

Deflation couldn't bring this market down. Greeny made sure of that, so inflation will.

Bubbles need to burst, for what ever reason, to clean out excess.

A (seemingly) little white lie in January has become a full blown impeachment process.

A little fed lapse in judgement (failure to learn from Fed chairman Warburg in 1929) and quell speculation at the root (1996)

will come back to haunt us all.
