<<Actually making such statements with the intent to manipulate is a SEC violation. Stating that a company is a "scam", when it obviously isn't, is libel. However, the Anthony's and AJ's are too much of a joke and insignificant to take action against or even seriously for that matter. He chairs the Justice Files on the Discovery Channel; you may want to watch it once or twice before drawing such conclusions here. That said, of course DBCC is not a scam. I tried out their StockEdge quote service many months ago but decided not to extend the subscription beyond the 30 day free trial period. I did not request the refund since I thought the service was fine though it didn't meet my needs. Needless to say, I was very impressed when one of the company's representatives actually called me up to remind me of my entitlement to the refund.
