Right. I jumped to conclusions again.

Make that tall cool one a "Grasshopper" (Even better than that good Canuck juice that you like.). <ggg>

I suspect that they were actually "ready" to try cementing this thing off quite a while ago and that there's a reason that they've held off trying until today. What's the reason? CLUE: It's got an awful lot to do with where the relief well is depthwise.

I hope they still got a BOP\DIVERTING ASSEMBLY on that casing !!!! If not, I wonder where it landed !!!!!!

P.S.--I don't have a clue how many cement trucks would have been there today, Bob. But, I think it is fairly safe to assume that there weren't many other oilfield cement jobs scheduled in the San Joaquin Valley today.
