You'll find listings for most small cap VSE companies available on the BCSC web site at bcsc.bc.ca. It is updated every Friday.

There are a few web sites that also reproduce this information.

For anything other than BC, I believe that you'll have to come to our web site or buy the data directly from the security commissions. We have added Ontario and Alberta commission data to the BC data, so we cover about 3000 companies in all. The site allows you to do a name search to find an insiders holdings and trading history. The cost is $10/month for unlimited access with a one week free trial - and you get a lot more than just inside positions.

Sorry for the commercial message - but it seemed relevant.
Cheers
