Yes, the dilution did concern us greatly. We asked management a couple of times to stop using stock for currency, as long at the share price was so low. But they couldn't stop...you know why? Madera had no choice in the matter! It was either dilute the stock or go out of business.

Madera survived, and the company is enjoying a turnaround. Why should their past be tossed in their face, if there was no dishonesty? How long must they pay for the early mis-steps?

Earnings will be out soon...if the company is making a healthy profit, then there will be little or no need for more dilution. Would you agree with that basic tenet?

And David, let me ask you: Have you ever started up a major business? Built it from the ground up, guided it through governmental red tape, arranged the financing to get it going, nursed it to good health? Ramiro Fernandez-Moris did that with Madera International.

I think Ramiro did a fine job...and I doubt you would have done it any better.
