From the Axxel VTAR (c) Newsletter 1-17-99:

"America On-Line [AOL-145] Long-termers may begin to accumulate, still. I don't mind telling you that this is a tough call here. But that's what I'm "paid" for. So here goes: "STRONG BUY." The move from roughly $65 [and we were there and with it all the way to the top] to the mid-$160's WAS NOT CO-INCIDENTAL with a significant increase in speculative activity in the way that VTAR © measures it. So, it can move from $60 to $160 WITHOUT serious spec activity…where in the hell could it go WITH "spec" activity? $250? $300? OK with me…let's go!"

So I think you are right about the buy-CW says take the profit---not a likely place to do so-
