You're entering into another aspect of still another technology, one which will be integrated with VoIP, but one for now that has primarily to do with voice recognition.

There are a growing number of such systems now accommodating such voice queries using telephony, but that was not up until this point the essence of this discussion.

You do bring up yet another good, interesting, albeit off-topic <smiles>, point though.

And I suppose the answer would then be yes, if the voice reco system were set up for telephony Input-Output, then this VoIP thing we're talking about would work, too.
