Dennis, >>>>> Special Short Positions going to nothing: marketgauge.com <<<<<<<<< It may not mean anything, but the previous peak was around FEB/MAR or 98, the it dipped to its lows in JUNE right before the runup in JULY, so thats about 3-4 months. Now look at the current pattern and it appears that we are about 3 months from the recent peak. We could also speculate that there could be one last strong surge as in JULY before the stronger pullback; however Im more inclined with a mid-term TOP at these price levels. We should not discount the fact that the DOW moved about 2200 points in 3 months. Hey, the DOW could pop to 10000, but just feel its toppy already. Seeya
