MM's may be "inching" the price up, but what do you think would happen if one of us tried to dump 50k on the market for an almost total loss? They'd walk it back to .02, I bet. There's no volume on this stock, and it has 75m outstanding. They need a new CEO and a quarter w/ earnings--true ones.
