Jim, maybe the best thing to do is contact Sedna Geotech about the arrangement, they would owe an explanation to their shareholders, but I doubt they will disclose the condition as to whether MDIN has an option to buy back any shares that might have been given to them for services rendered or what....Sedna needs a big hit also, look at their trading history. I will say this when you look at the ARP story and the development of the El Indio belt, their is a lot of money that goes into the infrastructure which means if the Santiago properties turn into another "El Indio" then that means a lot of business for Drillers, IP testers, dump truck drivers, etc, etc...Sedna obviously will scratch our back if we scratch theirs...Hang in their man we're almost there.......hey if not though I'll pick you up on that chartered flight to the north, won't have much room with all those alligators and swamp rats on board...lol!!!
