I think they are seeking an arbitration concerning the ruling. The thing is still in process.

Don't ask me who is wrong and right. All I know is some people who are close to it and seek a financial interest are fairly confident that it will come out on Glimmer's side.

James,

There are enough clues floating around to suggest that they could be talking (with associated gag order in effect). I would hasten to interject that if they are indeed talking, there COULD be three parties in the room (GME/EXL & ?). From the SAS map along the PD fault, there are enough potential JV partners or take overers to require a computer to keep track of the all the possibilities. Wishful thinking?

What does your calculations say about the break-up value at 50/50 or 56/44, @1 mln ounces & 2 mln ounces James? I should give them the number to Ritchie Brothers Auction (yes they had the website first)!

Cheers
Winzer
