<<GSLM & RSMI....any thoughts, info?>> Thanks for your thoughts......I came across them in my search for "way out of the money calls on silver" in the form of juniors..... I'll let you know if I come up with anything more. I will also check out the site you recommended. Good luck! THC May 29, 1998 Grand Central reports Mexican silver zone, acquires Summit Grand Central Silver Mines of Coeur d'Alene (NASDAQ:GSLM) reports that analysis of data generated by Mexican mining giant Servicios Industriales Penoles (NASDAQ: IPOAF) indicates a major silver zone with three separate deposits at the Sierra Mojada project in Coahuila, Mexico. Grand Central -- which earlier this year changed its name from Centurion Mines and moved its headquarters to Idaho --has a 35% joint venture interest in the project. The data was acquired from Penoles in March by joint venture partner Metalline Mining of Coeur d'Alene (OTCBB:MMGG) in exchange for stock. It includes extensive geologic maps, reports and drill hole records generated by Penoles' operations in the district from the 1880's to 1940's, and also by more recent exploration. Grand Central said the three deposits are indicated by analysis to hold over 80 million ounces of silver. They are near-surface and amenable to high-volume underground mining methods. Data evaluation is continuing, with confirmation and exploration drilling planned. Grand Central also announced it has acquired controlling interest in Summit Silver Mines of Coeur d'Alene (OTCBB:SUSV) from Summit's former president, Peter Laczay. Grand Central will assume management. Summit holds over 200 claims in the Battle Mountain Gold Trend in Nevada, currently leased to BHP Minerals and being actively explored. It also controls the Kimberly gold mine near Riggins, Idaho, and 30 claims in Eureka County, Nevada, which are being explored for silver. Grand Central was bid this morning at US$ 2.38.
