Notes: ~ The bearish resistance line from June '98 was broken on 1/20. ~ Equilibrium has been regained in balance of supply and demand. ~ Initial support line drawn from the all-time low 11/13 didn't hold; no big surprise, not a V-bottom. ~ Hoping price will hold above that low, preferably at 9 or better; a rise above 12 would then turn the chart bullish.
