Hi all,

How about calling the company and reporting back? When I called, they said to expect a letter by 1/31 explaining where the co. stands. Doing due diligence on reverse merger partner. Several large orders close to finalization. That's all I remember.

Putting that aside, I note that here in my state mailing the H&S perspectus to a Maine resident was against the law; however, they mailed me a copy.

It would seem that if this was a scam, it would be at the federal level involving interstate commerce via phone and US Postal service. Very interesting/unfortunate situation.
