Sonki, what you have said is absolutely FALSE.

Smith Barney did not downgrade SUNW because they will miss earnings. They downgraded them based on price. I have a friend who works for Smith Barney and he told me that their Analyst cited STRONG fundamentals.

SUNW management has NEVER said that they will miss earnings. I challenge you to find any evidence to support your conclusions.

What you stated was just a bold faced lie. Sales should be strong.

Actually SUNW will be at around $45-$50/shr shortly after a 2 for 1 split which (I think) will be announced by the end of this month.
