Sonki, what you have said is absolutely FALSE. Smith Barney did not downgrade SUNW because they will miss earnings. They downgraded them based on price. I have a friend who works for Smith Barney and he told me that their Analyst cited STRONG fundamentals. SUNW management has NEVER said that they will miss earnings. I challenge you to find any evidence to support your conclusions. What you stated was just a bold faced lie. Sales should be strong.
