Satan as you said is a fallen angel but is still relevant to Paul's statement. Rev. 12:10 describes him as the accuser of the brethren, Christians. Paul's emphasis is his warning on the preaching of another gospel.
You believe that Paul thinks more highly of himself than he aught yet Hebrews 1:14 says of angels..."Are they not all ministering spirits, sent forth to minister for them who shall be heirs of salvation?"
Santiago mentioned our position with them, the reference is I Cor. 6:3
"Know ye not that we shall judge angels? how much more things that pertain to this life?"
The "tatty" Greek supports Paul's statements.
Incidently from reading some of your posts I got the impression that you would not believe in Satan or angels, fallen or otherwise.
