I don't get it. You're talking about latency in one sentence, then you're talking about the 200 MHz bus of the K7 in the next with DDR SDRAM?

The 200 MHz bus isn't going to improve latency either. Neither will DDR SDRAMs, as far as I know. Together they can improve the throughput, as you mentioned before, but I don't think there's anything in DDR SDRAMs which improve latency.
