Huh? Who's going to wait around until "next year"? I certainly would not choose to wait around passively while a stock generates losses for me. Even BRK won't defy a general sell-off in the mkt. Despite of having made profits in the past on BRK/A, I'm not averse to selling, particularly if its returns significantly lag the benchmark stock indices.
