I see that Tauris guy took another crack at BID.COM share value from a Newspaper report posted here last night. Let's hope he's lost his power this time. It's a good chance BID.COM isn't up 2000% like some of those Internet stocks on the NASDAQ. He would go off his head. Imagine the nerve after those statements were flattened the last time.!!! I still never got that question answered,-- "Is that 30-day price of Cdn.$7.50/share on the NASDAQ an average, or a minimum price, for 30 day's"?? Can you imagine holding a minimum price of Cdn. $7.50/share for 29 days and on the 30th. day it drops a bit below $7.50. Surely that doesn't mean you start all over again. We were led to believe BID.COM owned 10% of those 32 million shares outstanding, (reported now on the TSE). Has their percentage cut changed now that we hear talk of 50 million shares? What will BID.COM go on the NASDAQ with, 32 million shares outstanding? Or a total of 50 million shares?? It would be nice to no, it can influence the share price big time.??

I think there is some confusion about NASDAQ listing requirements. I can't remember all the details off the top of my head but it goes somehting like this. $4 is the minimum for a new listing. Once listed the stock can't fall below $1 and if it does it has 30 days to get back above $1. I could check it out more carefully but I believe that is pretty close.
