Hi Mike,

I second that. I too am relatively new at SI. I did try a trial membership awhile back but only joined recently. I finally came here because the posting at Yahoo is a Psy nightmare. I likewise appreciate the efforts and informed posts of the many minds here at SI. I too hope to offer valid perspectives.

BEST WISHES
Jeffrey

Mike:

I am not against frequent trading (daytrading included), regardless it is momentum driven, news anticipated, or based on clinical progress development, or....I welcome every new member regardless what is his contribution. Any help is welcome if its purpose is to educate and help to all others. bt investment world is difficult one and loosing money is reality.

Also, I like TA and was on a daily basic lurker at:

Subject 10936

Unfortunately, tread is dead now.

I do trade, stocks and calls, based on certain expectation. Usually this positions are in connection with my long position and/or stocks which are to expensive but with momentum potential (up or down).
However, I do not like when certain expectation or news are promoted with unrealistic or non-founded posts for someone personal interest. This is typical for majority posts on yahoo, but I did find it also here on SI. My intention are not to mislead others for my interest and profit. It is not ethical. Probably I do sound sometime overoptimistic, and in some case to pessimistic.

SI boards are place where we exchange thought (positive and negative) and learn on technical and fundamental issue related to bt stocks/companies, as well as investment strategies. This is where SI make difference from yahoo and other boards, based on who and what they post.

Rick H. is the most knowledge bt investor here on SI and I think much broader, and at the some time very, very realistic and objective. I am far from even close to him and some others (not to mention anyone so I may not offend somebody) bio-freak here at SI. I learned (and continue to learn) a loot from Rick, even when my view is different than his one.

In regards the SCIO and my *negative* tone in last post (also related to WOLF last note, more in my response to Rudy) I value each SCIO's program equally, regardless at what phase program is. Normally that Natrecor will be driving force for SCIO in next two years. Nonetheless, Fiblast is directed toward much broader and larger market, so I have higher standard and more critical approach for bFGF.

Hope you will not be sorry that Bolivien gold mine profit was reinvested in bts.
