Wow Dave, you have had a busy night. Just as a point of Interest, and because you have only been here a couple of weeks, We have a friend from Germany that posts here.

His name is Myelin2 and he has been a long time poster, until of course all this arguing started. Here's his post of Jan 2 www3.techstocks.com

You can see that he runs a German Stock newsletter called, translated, "The Virtual Investor", He had his people into this stock at $.03. It is online and many of our posters have had a chance to see it.

This is where the German connection that you have been ranting about came from. Please stop hyping and ask what a post means before you carry on and BASH our thread members. I know that you first posted on December 31 and have been here a LONG 12 days so you should have seen this post.

I know when I am hyping, or bashing, opinionating, or trying to give a factual report to the thread, David. I think you should sit back and take stock of what you are saying to people and figure out what you are doing.

The other David
(PE of 50) .013*50 = $.66

One other thing David,

We all know that there has been share dilution. It is reported in the 10ksb, that I'm sure that everyone who wanted to read it, did. (yes David their are people that don't want to read it)

But the fact remains that the book value at this time is $.50. Nuff Said.

PE is price to earnings. The last 12 month earnings that we had were $.013 ((( actually if we took the news release for the first quarter, which said they had earned .007 vs a loss of (.008) we would have $.028, but lets stay with the 10ksb and remember these numbers could be DOUBLE )))

So at $.10 a share this stock would have a PE of 7.7 (3.8 with first quarter)

So David, this is what you figure this emerging turn around stock should have as a PE: 7.7 So it COUlD be $.20 if the 1st quarter results are figured in.

$.20 = PE of 15.4 (7.7 with 1st quarter)

$.30 = PE of 23. (11.5 with 1st quarter)

$.40 = PE of 30.7 (15.3 with 1st quarter)

This is with the numbers that are available with Sec filings or with SEC filings and company news releases. SEEMS SIMPLE DOESEN'T IT?

You going to buy yet David?

The other Dave,
PE of 50 = $.66 (with 1rst quarter $1.32)
