Frostman,

I believe you are confusing last years share holder's meeting with a conference call. If you recall, our friend DAVID who lives in Northern California attended the meeting and gave all of us a report on the event. He was able to ask about 3 questions.

Last year the annual share holders meeting was held on May 21, 1997. If the 1999 share holder meeting is on about the same date it will give us plenty of time to organize to seek new management.
