will likely bounce this morning: It's hard to bounce when the floor is dropping. Maybe a more gradual rise is in order. The price is by my secret charting method (take one six-pack, a long term chart, and see where the lines cross) indicates a fair price of about $35. My guess is that recent higher valuations were due to the promotions by Solomon Smith Barney since November. This company has some substantial political hurdles to gain access to the asian countries who are protective of their own telecom industry <IMHO>. TP
