There are only three reasons possible for IBM's involvement.

1.IBM plan to sell the XYBR
2.IBM have licensed the XYBR technology to develop their own.

The first of these while significant relies upon the XYBR
production capacity.
The second relies upon IBM production capacity which no matter
where in the world completely dwarfs anything that XYBR can
muster.

Who on this thread can qualify the IBM relationship.
It needs to be done because if it is and properly, depending
on the result everyone on this thread will be selling house
and home to fund doubling and trebling their investment.

Does'nt anyone see the significance of the whole of XYBR's
production swallowed up by an organisation(IBM)to whom one
order for 30000 units would be a drop in the ocean, a speck
of dust in the Sahara desert.

The third reason is there is something XYBR dont want to tell
us about the XYBR relationship.
