Well lets ponder this.---- before I get started, I spent alot of time looking at this company and thought this is a winner--as some of you know from my posts. So I tell my broker PW type in Calif. (Who happens to be a good friend to boot.)he says Dave I think you have a winner fax me what you have and I will take a look. The stock was 6 and change. The SEC rule is you can't solicit a stock below 5. He gets an the phone and sells a pile of this stuff. Today he gets a call from NY who says SLEU is not Blue Sky exempt in Calif. therefore you may have to void all the trades you made, to include his own buy at the close. I can't believe with INKT right down the street from my brokers office that they overlooked something so fundamental.

Comments please

Thanks
Dave

In the face of an off-day with respect to net stocks, my confidence is strengthened by the continual upward march the stock is showing today.

If mgmt can get their act together and get at least points 1) and 3) from your thoughts list, I think we can see at least a doubling of current price levels.

I would MUCH prefer seeing favorable reviews coming from the DLJ internet conf. than another WORD from that FSS clone they dealt with previously.

Just my thoughts.

Regards,
