Chris: AMZN out of money puts. Thanks for suggesting the alternative strategy. I wish we'd get more ideas flowing on how profit from this huge value /price disparity.
I'm not really an options guy and prefer the averaging in strategy [So far] due to sky high premiums and bid ask spreads in the options.For convenience of others on the thread that might want to look at this approach I stumbled on this options quote site:

One variation on the out of money puts could be a bear spread long one out of money put and short another at lower strike..it might be possible to get a higher probability position with similar risk.
