has anyone heard anything about mzon spinning off their internet division as a separate company?

I can't see how MZON could miss on this quarter's earnings, all product lines had a great quarter. I think once people see the [extent of] profitability of MZON, it will move it to the forefront. Compaq paid $200 million for shopping.com, a company which had negative equity, low sales, and big losses.
